Haplotypes of G Protein–coupled Receptor 154 Are Associated with Childhood Allergy and Asthma

Abstract: Our results indicate that polymorphisms and haplotypes in the haplotype block of GPR154 are associated with asthma, rhinoconjunctivitis, and sensitization in European children.
