Hanseníase histoide de Wade: série de casos

Abstract: RESUMO A Hanseníase histoide de Wade foi descrita pela primeira vez por Wade, em 1960, surgia em pacientes recidivados de hanseníase. Contudo, também pode aparecer como lesões primárias. Apresentam-se por nódulos endurecidos, hipercrômicos, elevados na pele e a confirmação do diagnóstico é pelo exame da baciloscopia. Uma série de casos dessa patologia é descrita com três pacientes.
