Hämoptyse als erstes Anzeichen einer thorakalen Aortenruptur

Abstract: Acute aortic rupture is associated with a high mortality. The leading symptoms are chest pain, dyspnea and hemodynamic instability as well as hemoptysis. In the current case report a patient with known coronary artery disease and prior coronary artery bypass surgery presented with hemoptysis.
