Hall mobility drops in disordered boron‐doped Czochralski silicon compensated by thermal donors activation

Abstract: Eine besonders effiziente Unterstellung von auskragenden Decken und Randunterzügen stellen Modulgerüste dar. Dabei gibt es keine verbindliche Faustformel für die optimale Unterstellung.
