Improving the quality of education is the main challenge for education, including madrasah, to be able to maintain the quality of education and support the sustainability of institutions. Terry's POAC theory (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) is used as a conceptual framework to evaluate and improve strategies that have been implemented. This study aims to analyze Madrasah strategies in improving the quality of education using Terry's POAC theory in MAN 4 Pandeglang. This study used a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques, observation, and document analysis to collect data. The main informants are madrasah managers, teachers, and students. The data is analyzed through a process of reduction, presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the strategies implemented by MAN 4 Pandeglang in improving the quality of education include careful planning, effective organizing, consistent actuating, and consistent continuous controlling. It was found that careful planning, selection of effective organization, consistent implementation and continuous supervision were key factors in the success of this strategy. The conclusion is that the madrasah strategy in improving the quality of education in MAN 4 Pandeglang has been well implemented. Well-organized measures, as well as the use of POAC theory, provide a strong foundation for achieving the desired educational quality goals.
