Abstract: SummaryThis prospective multicentre trial evaluated the safety and the efficacy of a thiotepa/melphalan‐based reduced intensity conditioning (RIC) haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) in children and adolescents with chronic myeloid leukaemia (CML) in chronic phase (CP).
