Hackathon: el poder del intercambio de información y el aprendizaje

Abstract

Resumen: Los hackathones están traspasando los intereses tecnológicos para llegar a los sociales. Sin duda es una tendencia al alza que permite intercambiar información y experiencias, aprender y crear conocimiento de manera colectiva, resolviendo problemas y dando respuesta a las necesidades de la sociedad. Los hackers llevan décadas programando y resolviendo problemas de manera colaborativa. Los hackathones ciudadanos se han adaptado para resolver problemas sociales. Su estructura organizativa, que supone una dinámica horizontal e intensiva, permite a los participantes complementar sus experiencias y habilidades individuales y desarrollar soluciones concretas.
