Abstract

AbStRActThis article presents an interpretation of knowledge maps as a support tool for knowledge management in the research, technological development and innovation system of the Servicio nacional de Aprendizaje SenA, focusing mainly on the processes that identify and relate knowledge resources in the Center for electricity and industrial Automation of SenA (CeAi) in the city of Cali. The knowledge catalogs prepared by the knowledge management leaders and the information available on the SenA documentary platforms were used as input to the review. The construction of the map allowed to outline in a simple and concise way the relations between the programs, the programmatic lines, the processes and the knowledge while the document allows to visualize the competences, capacities and resources that the center has.
