Background and Objectives: The global outbreak caused by the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic disrupted healthcare worldwide, impacting the organization of intensive care units and surgical care units. This study aimed to document the daily neurosurgical activity in Alsace, France, one of the European epicenters of the pandemic, and provide evidence of the adaptive strategies deployed during such a critical time for healthcare services. Materials and Methods: The multicentric longitudinal study was based on a prospective cohort of patients requiring neurosurgical care in the Neurosurgical Departments of Alsace, France, between March 2020 and March 2022. Surgical activity was compared with pre-pandemic performances through data obtained from electronic patient records. Results: A total of 3842 patients benefited from care in a neurosurgical unit during the period of interest; 2352 of them underwent surgeries with a wide range of pathologies treated. Surgeries were initially limited to neurosurgical emergencies only, then urgent cases were slowly reinstated; however, a significant drop in surgical volume and case mix was noticed during lockdown (March–May 2020). The crisis continued to impact surgical activity until March 2022; functional procedures were postponed, though some spine surgeries could progressively be performed starting in October 2021. Various social factors, such as increased alcohol consumption during the pandemic, influenced the severity of traumatic pathologies. The progressive return to the usual profile of surgical activity was characterized by a rebound of oncological interventions. Deferrable procedures for elective spinal and functional pathologies were the most affected, with unexpected medical and social impacts. Conclusions: The task shifting and task sharing approaches implemented during the first wave of the pandemic supported the reorganization of neurosurgical care in its aftermath and enabled the safe and timely execution of a broad spectrum of surgeries. Despite the substantial disruption to routine practices, marked by a significant reduction in elective surgical volumes, comprehensive records demonstrate the successful management of the full range of neurosurgical pathologies. This underscores the efficacy of adaptive strategies in navigating the challenges imposed by the largest healthcare crisis in recent history. Those lessons will continue to provide valuable insights and guidance for health and care managers to prepare for future unpredictable scenarios.

This study aims to determine the maintenance pattern of Reak artistic creations and the factors behind different community perceptions in Bumi Langgeng Housing, Cimekar Village, Cileunyi District, Bandung Regency, because it is in line with the times. The pattern of maintenance of Reak art creations has changed, as well as changes in lifestyle, increased activity, and ignorance have caused the community to have different perceptions of the staging of Reak art creations. The method used in this research is the descriptive method. Where data was collected through observation and in-depth interviews with community leaders in Bumi Langgeng housing with the technique of determining informants through purposive sampling, namely a sampling technique with certain considerations, the method of taking information was based on informants who knew Reak artistic creations and community leaders in Bumi Langgeng Housing. The research results show that along with the times, Reak art creations in Cimekar Village have started to experience obstacles in their development. In addition, there are two different perceptions of the staging of Reak art creations, namely negative and positive perceptions. Negative perceptions caused by the presence of migrants in Cimekar Village, especially in Bumi Langgeng housing, lifestyle changes and increased activity, and the growing sense of boredom towards Reak art creations that are felt by the community members, so that this allows them not to participate in preserving the creations. Reak art. Positive perceptions caused by people who love, uphold cultural values and understand Reak artistic creations.

Nowadays, vending is the most important pillar of a production set. The positive and significant points of the manufactured parts are attained by interviewing with the customer, sending a questionnaire to the customer, testing the market, investigating the quality and reliability of new products, probing the reports and product quality of competitors. Aimed at predicting the type of leadership in reverse engineering, based on "Voice of Customer" (VOC), between the Iran Khodro Company's (IKC) managers (case study of Peugeot 405 brake pump shell), the present study was conducted. Using descriptive-correlation research method, about 90 managers were randomly selected in several categories according to gender, age and years of service, proportional to the size of each category. Three questionnaires of "Oregon and Kanowski Organizational Citizenship Behavior" (OKOCB), "Fry Spiritual Leadership" (FSL), and researcher-made "Charismatic Leadership" (CL) were utilized to collect the research data. To measure the reliability rate using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, this item was obtained for all three questionnaires of the OKOCB, FSL and CL behavior (α = 0.92, 0.81 and 0.85) respectively. Collecting the data, they were analyzed using multiple regression analysis and based on the research hypotheses. The results indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between the dimensions of SL and organizational citizenship behavior, and also between the CL and the organizational citizenship behavior. The results of structural equation modeling also showed that SL with a path coefficient 0.7 is able to affect overall quality management (t ≥ 1.96, p≤ 0.05).
