Gyrotactic microorganism hybrid nanofluid over a Riga plate subject to activation energy and heat source: numerical approach

Ebrahem A. Algehyne,
Anwar Saeed,
Muhammad Arif
et al.

Abstract: The current article aims to examine the magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) impact on the flow of MgO–Ag/water-based hybrid nanoliquid with motile microorganisms and the fluid is allowed to flow over a Riga plate subject to slip effects and activation energy. Furthermore, the presence of a uniform heat source/sink is also addressed in the energy equation. In addition to this, the thermophoresis effect is highlighted in the concentration equation. From the present proposed model, we get a non-linear system of the govern… Show more

“…26 The flow aspects with the consequence of activation energy and physical thermal conditions in a Williamson fluid were exhibited by Asjad et al 27 Jayaprakash et al 28 performed a numerical evaluation to analyze the diverse flow features of a hybrid nanofluid in relation to activation energy. The consequence of the activation energy on the flow phenomenon of a hybrid nanofluid with the application of partial slips was deliberated by Algehyne et al 29 Further, the related studies are in ref. 30–36.…”

“…The severity of atypical layering brought on by microorganisms creeping upward is what causes convection. Algehyne 35 studied actication energy and heat source effect with gyrotactic microorganism in hybrid nanofluid over a Riga plate. Raizah 36 investigated motile microorganism hybrid nanofluid across a circular cylinder with sinusoidal radius.…”

“…Other numerical convergence, such as RK4, Newton–Raphson and bvp4c is delicate to the initial guesses. Therefore, the purpose of this method is to encounter the high order nonlinear boundary value problems in diverse fields of nonlinear mechanics, bifurcation problems and thermo-fluids with low computational cost 42 . Chandrasekhar 43 and Ambarzsumian 44 was the first to present the PCM and have changed the BVP to Cauchy problem.…”
