Abstract:Myeloid sarcoma, also known as chloroma or granulocytic sarcoma, is a rare disease characterized by the proliferation of immature myeloid cells in extramedullary lesions. Chloroma is more commonly observed in patients with acute myeloid leukemias, other myeloproliferative neoplasms, or myelodysplastic syndrome. However, it can also manifest itself as solitary tumor.
