Abstract:This review addresses the physiologic changes of postmenopausal genitalia, as well as a clinical overview of common gynecologic problems in postmenopausal senile women. While these conditions are often managed by a gynecologic specialist, many women may present to the primary caregiver, still reluctant to address their symptoms.
