Gut Microbiome Variation in Pulmonary TB Patients with Diabetes or HIV Comorbidities

Abstract: Background: The gut microbiota is known to play critical role in shaping the host immunity, and metabolism and influences the onset and progression of both communicable and non-communicable diseases.
