Güncel Yönetmelik Perspektifinde Öğretmen Yer Değiştirme Esaslarının Değerlendirilmesi: “Hizmet Puanı” Kriteri Örneği

Abstract: Öğretmenlerin yer değiştirme esas ve ölçütleri son yıllarda her zamankinden daha fazla konuşulur hale gelmiştir. Çünkü öğretmenlerin istediği okul ve bölgede çalışması mesleki doyum ile kurumsal amaçların gerçekleşmesi bakımından büyük bir öneme sahiptir.
