Guidewires as Embolic Agents? Embolotherapy of Large Splenic Artery Aneurysms

Abstract: Splenic artery aneurysms are among the more frequently diagnosed intra-abdominal aneurysms and are not infrequent in patients with raised portal venous pressure often requiring endovascular or surgical therapy.
