Guidelines for the Detection of NADPH Oxidases by Immunoblot and RT-qPCR

Abstract: The identification of NADPH oxidase (NOX) isoforms in tissues is essential for interpreting experiments and for next step decisions regarding cell lines, animal models, and targeted drug design.
