Guided-wave electron optics for the integration of nanophotonic devices with nanoelectronic devices

Abstract: In this work we present an analysis of the propagation, based on the Dirac equation, of spinor-electron quantum modes, that is, of spinor-electron guided waves in asymmetric 2D and 1D semiconductor nanostructures.
