(GTG)5-PCR Mediated Molecular Typing of Zoonotic Bacteria

Abstract: The present review aimed to reveal the role of (GTG)5-PCR microbial typing in indicating the routes and source of infections, investigate the outbreaks and genotypes of clinical strains, as well as finding virulent strains and epidemiology of bacterial isolates.
