Grzyby podziemne Pienińskiego Parku Narodowego – nowe dane o różnorodności i rozmieszczeniu

Abstract: The diversity of hypogeous fungi in the Pieniny Mts has been insufficiently studied. Until recently, eight species were known from this area. The aim of the present study was to gather new data on the hypogeous fungal mycobiota of this mountain range. In July and September of 2016 and 2017, sporocarps of hypogeous fungi were searched on six permanent plots established in Pieniny National Park. The dominant plant associations were beech and beech-fir forest with spruce, hazel, hornbeam and elm as accompanying t… Show more

“…Compared to the Central Pieniny, where over 1000 species of macrofungi have been found so far (Chachuła et al 2020), the studied area covering nature reserves, is not very rich in fungal taxa. Nevertheless, the fungi that were found in the studied areas of Małe Pieniny, represented species that have not been recorded from the Central Pieniny so far, such as: Geastrum minimum, G. coronatum, Sclerogaster hysterangioides, Dissingia leucomelaena, Tuber aestivum and Bovista limosa.…”
