Grundlagen der Vitrektomie unter Verwendung intraokularer Tamponaden – ein chirurgischer Basiskurs

Abstract: ZusammenfassungIn diesem Artikel sollen die Grundlagen zur Verwendung intraokularer Tamponaden in der Glaskörper-/Netzhautchirurgie bei Ablatio retinae und anderen Pathologien anhand zusätzlichen Videomaterials anschaulich dargestellt werden. Behandelt werden die verschiedenen Gase, Silikonöle und flüssigen Perfluorocarbone mit ihren Indikationen, ihrer Anwendung und insbesondere der intraoperativen Handhabung mit Fallstricken und Komplikationen.
