Grubraw, a chemogenetic mitochondrial activator, reveals new mechanisms underlying the Warburg effect

Abstract: Upregulation of glycolysis and downregulation of mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation, termed as the Warburg effect, are characteristic of tumor cells (1,2).
