Growth of Diamond-Like Carbon and Icosahedral Boron Carbide by Chemical Vapor Deposition System

Abstract: Diamond-like carbon (DLC) possesses an array of valuable properties: outstanding abrasion and wear resistance; chemical inertness; exceptional hardness; low coefficient of friction; and high dielectric strength.
