Growth of CuInS₂ Single Crystals from Sb₂S₃ and Bi₂S₃ Solutions.

Abstract

Solutions. -The phase diagrams of the CuInS2-Sb2S3 and CuInS2-Bi2S3 systems are characterized by powder XRD and DTA. The constructed phase diagrams are used to select the composition for CuInS2 single crystal growth.
