Abstract:Perovskite-structured Ba 1-x La x SnO 3 (x=0.04, 0.06, 0.08) (BLSO) films were epitaxially grown on SrTiO 3 (001) substrates by a sol-gel method. The microstructure and surface of the films were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and atomic force microscopy, respectively. The results show that the films exhibit preferred orientation along the c-axis without cracks or voids.
