Group or individual lifestyle-integrated functional exercise (LiFE)? A qualitative analysis of acceptability

Abstract: Background The Lifestyle-integrated Functional Exercise (LiFE) program is an effective but resource-intensive fall prevention program delivered one-to-one in participants’ homes.
