Grounds for initiating proceedings in the case of insolvency of an individual

Abstract: The article specifies the grounds for initiating proceedings in the case of insolvency of an individual on the basis of a comprehensive comparative analysis of foreign experience, scientific literature, national legislation and practice of its application.
