Abstract:The phase diagram of cuprate high-temperature superconductors is investigated on the basis of the three-band d-p model. We use the optimization variational Monte Carlo method, where improved many-body wave functions have been proposed to make the ground-state wave function more precise. We investigate the stability of the antiferromagnetic state by changing the band parameters such as the hole number, level difference Δ dp between d and p electrons and transfer integrals. We show that the antiferromagnetic cor… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
