Abstract: Planning a pregnancy for patients with a history of cancer, including breast cancer, is a clinical situation that becomes more and more common. Several specific items are to be discussed: decrease of fertility after cancer treatment, fertility preservation options, impact of pregnancy on cancer recurrence risk and appropriate interval between cancer and pregnancy.
