Grid-projection method with small angles in the cells

Abstract: We have constructed a new grid-projection method for solving elliptic problems. The method is intended for calculating an approximate piecewise polynomial solution on grids with triangular cells whose angles may be very small. We give the results for the model linear problem of a diffusion-convection type with a small parameter in front of higher derivatives. We have obtained a sufficiently exact approximate solution of this problem on a grid with a small number of cells.
