Grey Tuner sign in acute pancreatitis

Abstract: Resumen Se expone el caso de un paciente con pancreatitis aguda necrótica, que presentó en las primeras 48 horas equimosis de ambos flancos a nivel lumbar, conocido como signo de Grey Turner. En el contexto de la pancreatitis aguda, la presencia de este signo se asocia a mayor gravedad y mortalidad.
