Greenly synthesized porous carbon nanoparticle (bio‐waste‐based)‐doped nematic liquid crystal composite with optimized electric and electro‐optical properties for devices

Abstract: The present investigation on the impact of porous carbon nanoparticles (PCNPs) on a room temperature nematic liquid crystalline compound (TP‐188‐01) reports extensive electro‐optical analysis of composite followed by dielectric and luminescence study as well. The pure nematic compound has been doped with 0.1%, 0.25%, and 0.5% of PCNPs (spherical), which have been synthesized by green synthesis technique without use of any activating agents. Low‐frequency dielectric analysis (50 Hz to 1 kHz) has been done to co… Show more

“…To overcome these limitations and difficulties, nano delivery systems have shown great potential, including their stability and improved bioavailability through oral delivery. , The size, distribution, morphology, and shape of NPs all contribute to their distinctive features. They are affordable, environmentally safe, and simple to scale up for large-scale synthesis to produce NPs from plant leaves’ and flowers’ extracts without using harmful chemicals and extreme pressure, temperature, or energy. , The vast surface area and active sites on NPs enable them to adsorb plant bioactive compounds on their surfaces. In addition, biosynthesized silver NPs (Ag NPs) have outstanding uses in several industries, including in drug delivery, genetic manipulation, solar energy storage, optical receptors, and as catalysts in chemical processes .…”
