Greener electric vehicles with VANETs

Abstract: Due to the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and concerns about increasing oil prices, vehicles manufacturers have produced vehicles with either hybrid technology or full electric vehicles (FEVs). However, power plants that energize EVs generate emissions. Also, electricity prices are increasing.
