Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has many positive outcomes, yet how and when its impacts employees’ green behaviour is still to be examined. This research tested the effect of CSR initiatives on the Task Pro-environmental behaviour (TPB) of employees via the mediating role of organisational pride. Moreover, the role of CSR communication was considered as a moderator in CSR and pride relationships. The study was based on two theories: Social Identity Theory and Signalling Theory. The investigation was quantitative and based on the data collected at three points of time, i.e., T1 = CSR and internal CSR communication, T2 = organisational pride, and T3 = TPB with a one-week time lag from banking sector employees. 500 questionnaires were distributed, of which 361 responded, forming a response rate of 72.2%. The analysis was done using PROCESS mediation and moderation models. The results affirmed a positive relationship between CSR and organisational pride and also its subsequent impact on TBP. The moderating role of internal CSR communication between CSR and organisational pride was also supported. In addition, the indirect moderating role of internal CSR communication was also established between CSR and TPB via organisational pride.

As inculcating green intention and behaviour among individuals, particularly potential entrepreneurs (students), has recently become a hot topic of discussion, it is essential to contribute to this debate by offering empirical evidence. Accordingly, the objective of this study is to examine how green mindfulness (GM) and spiritual intelligence (SPI) enhance environmental self-identity (ESI). This study also examined the role of GM and SPI in developing green entrepreneurial intention (GEI). The study investigated whether ESI could mediate the relationship between GM, SPI, and GEI. The study gathered information from 202 students at King Faisal University’s Business Administration and Applied Colleges in Saudi Arabia using a self-administered questionnaire for these objectives. The study employed partial least-squares structural equation modeling to analyse the data. The study revealed some interesting findings. It was discovered that GM has a direct and significant positive association with ESI and GEI. Furthermore, it was also reported that SPI has a positive and significant connection with ESI, but no positive relationship with GEI. ESI revealed the existence of a meaningful positive relationship with GEI. Finally, when examining the mediating role played by the ESI, the study reported the inability of the ESI to mediate the relationship between GM and GEI. At the same time, it was able to fully mediate between SPI and GEI. The study provides a set of recommendations for policymakers and other stakeholders. The study is considered one of few studies investigating the key factors influencing GEI among students.

In order to improve moral leadership, this paper analyzes the impact of local autonomy on leadership from the perspective of cultivating legal thinking. The corresponding data were obtained through the questionnaire, and the influencing factors of moral leadership were determined by response analysis. At the same time, with reference to the relevant domestic literature, several hypotheses are proposed. Whether there is a correlation between the relationship between moral leadership and legal thinking in local autonomy, whether legal thinking reflects public expectations, the influence of legal thinking on local autonomy strategies, and the relationship between public participation, legal thinking, ethical leadership and local autonomy strategies. The results show that the local autonomy strategy can improve moral leadership, and legal thinking can break through the inertial thinking mode and improve moral leadership, with an increase of 10%. In addition, public participation in society can promote the cultivation of legal thinking and strengthen moral leadership. Therefore, the local autonomy strategy can promote the cultivation of legal thinking and indirectly enhance moral leadership.
