Abstract: Introduction: Resveratrol (RES) is a multi-biofunctional compound found in grapes and mulberries. The present investigation was aimed at the green synthesis of resveratrol-carboxymethyl nanoparticles using low viscosity chitosan (RES-CMCS) and evaluation of their antidiabetic and antiobesity activity.
