“…S4 . The framework decomposition of both Ln-MOFs was attributed to the formation of a body-centered cubic form of Ln 2 O 3 31 that was also physically observed by the colour change of the samples after being heated.…”

“…In contrast to the ET-CCSs, the abundances of C–C and C–H were higher on the surface of the ET-CCSPDs, which was attributed to the addition of PDDA. For the O 1s high-resolution spectra depicted in Figure e and Figure S9b, the oxygen element exhibited two different chemical states (O α and O β ) in ET-CCS: the prominent peak at 531.2 eV (O α ) belonged to O–CO or N–CO, and the peak at 536.1 eV (O β ) was attributed to the oxygen atoms ionizing and bonding to zirconium ions . Compared with the ET-CCSs, the abundance of O α in the ET-CCSPDs significantly increased (94.5% vs 45.0%), which was due to the abundant amide bonds (−CO–NH−) of the cross-linker MBA in PDDA network.…”

“…It was detected that the WGE ZnO NPs synthesized using 50 mL of the WGE were found to have the maximum anti‐inflammatory activity compared to other synthesized analogs of WGE ZnO NPs (Figure 11, Table S5) [58] . The most dominant anti‐inflammatory mechanism shown by ZnO NPs is suppressing the expression of the COX‐2 enzyme, which has an indispensable part in developing cardinal signs of inflammation and suppressing the expression of inflammation marker genes [59] . WGE ZnO NPs amend the release of protein and expression of inflammation by hindering the NF‐KB pathway.…”

[59] WGE ZnO NPs amend the release of protein and expression of inflammation by hindering the NF-KB pathway. Synthesis and release of NO are also suppressed, which has a crucial role in the pathogenesis of various inflammatory disorders.…”
