Green Synthesis Method and Application of NaP Zeolite Prepared by Coal Gasification Coarse Slag from Ningdong, China

Abstract: In view of the current and urgent environmental protection needs, the use of industrial solid waste in China’s Ningdong is becoming more and more important. In this paper, NaP zeolite with good physical properties is synthesized by using coal gasification coarse slag (CGCS) as the raw material, without the addition of a silicon and aluminum source, without the addition of a template agent, and without high-temperature calcination. Add a small amount of NaOH and deionized water to the CGCS to adjust the molar r… Show more

“…The average contents of the major elements in the GE and GSP coal gasification residues were compared to that from some of the others’ research ,,, published in the past 2 years (Figure ). The GE-CR had lower contents of Si and Al but higher Ca and Fe when compared to others’ data. ,,, For the GSP-CR, the Si content was higher than that from others’ research and the Al content was almost equivalent.…”

“…[27] mencionan que a altas temperaturas se logra una alta cristalinidad de fase zeolítica debido a una completa reacción entre el NaOH y las fases sólidas presentes en el material inicial. A ésta temperatura se consigue una total disolución de Si y Al, presentes en el precursor y se asegura una alta formación de zeolita NaP [28,29].…”
