Green Innovations and Environmental Performance of Hotels in Kano, Nigeria: Moderating Role of Green Transformational Leadership

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of green innovation on environmental performance of hotels in Kano, Nigeria. Also, the study further assesses whether such relationship could improve with the existence of green transformational leadership (TFL). The study adopts a quantitative research design, and data from 649 staff of the registered hotels in Kano was collected conveniently with the use of questionnaire.
