Green Human Resources Management and Environmental Sustainability: A Moderating Role of Green Transformational Leadership

Abstract: This study examines the effects of green human resources management on environmental sustainability with the moderating role of green transformational leadership. The random sampling technique is used to collect data from corresponding respondents. The multiple regression analysis is used to estimate the result of the model.
