Logistics is among the leading contributors to pollution and greenhouse gas emissions and needs a paradigm shift to ensure sustainability. Green logistics is an initiative to reduce environmental, social and economic damage, create a positive brand image and ensure customer loyalty to the firm. Even though green logistics yields many benefits, several factors often challenge its successful implementation. Thus, the study aims to identify and group the adoption barriers to green logistics in the food industry. The barriers perceived by food industry professionals were collected through a survey, and exploratory factor (EFA) analysis was applied to identify and group the most significant ones. EFA grouped the 19 significant barriers into six factors: organizational, regulatory, supplier, technological, customer and financial. Identifying these adoption barriers can help organizations frame suitable strategies to overcome barriers in successfully implementing green logistics. The study also suggests strategies to address the barriers to green logistics in the food industry for the Indian economy. The study also highlights implications for practice and theory.

Green Supply Chain Management didefenisikan sebagai aktifitas manufaktur yang ramah lingkungan (Green Manufacturing), kegiatan pendistribusian yang juga ramah lingkungan (Green Distribution) serta reserve logistic. UKM Kain Jumputan merupakan salah satu UKM yang ada di Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini mengenai penilaian kinerja Green Supply Chain Management di UKM Kain Jumputan agar UKM ini dapat terus mengembangkan usahanya dengan baik serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan berdasarkan hasil pengukuran kinerja yang telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Green SCOR Untuk mengukur kinerja Green Supply Chain Management kemudian didukung dengan metode pembobotan AHP. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai kinerja sebesar 79,4. Hal ini berarti UKM tersebut dalam kategori Good. Namun terdapat 6 KPI dari 24 KPI yang membutuhkan perbaikan. Perbaikan yang disarankan pada UKM diantaranya Percentage supplier with an EMS, Recycleable waste, Sewege treatment plant cost, Defective product recycleable, Percentage of solid waste recycling, Percentage of waterwaste recycling Green Supply Chain Management is defined as environmentally friendly manufacturing activities (Green Manufacturing), distribution activities that are also environmentally friendly (Green Distribution) and reserve logistics. JUmputan Cloth UKM is one of the UKM in Palembang City. This research is about evaluating the performance of Green Supply Chain Management in the Jumputan Fabric UKM so that these UKM can continue to develop their business well and provide recommendations for improvements based on the results of performance measurements that have been carried out. This study uses the Green SCOR method to measure the performance of Green Supply Chain Management and is supported by the AHP weighting method. From the calculation results obtained a performance value of 79.4. This means that the UKM is in the Good category. However, there are 6 out of 24 KPIs that need improvement. Suggested improvements for SMEs include Percentage supplier with an EMS, Recycleable waste, Sewege treatment plant costs, Recycleable Defective products, Percentage of solid waste recycling, Percentage of waterwaste recycling

In response to the intensifying compression of resources and the environment associated with rapid industrial growth and increasing living standards, green production and sustainable living have developed essential facts for ecologically conscious progress. Despite the potential benefits of synergy, the complex relationship between green production and living organisms presents challenges that have not been thoroughly explored. This paper aims to fill this gap by proposing a comprehensive mechanism model that elucidates the collaboration between green production and life. Using comprehensive interviews and grounded theory procedures, this study, situated within the supply and demand context, precisely undoes the important basics and academic foundations of the synergy association between green production and living. The outcomes of this study disclose prominent insights: Firstly, collaborative perception, collective ability, and a cooperative atmosphere develop as substantial features with a significant effect on the synergy between green production and living, with resource environments having an indirect impact through their stimulus on synergy capacity. Secondly, the synergy efforts in green production and living, propelled by policy, social, and market environments, display characteristic features. Thirdly, the moderate perception of green production and living relationship is divided into the following four visible facets: educating a demand market for green supply, meeting green demand, catalyzing demand through green supply, and pushing supply through green demand. This paper proposes valuable recommendations, providing targeted policy designs and execution pathways for legislative entities looking for operative intercessions to adoptive collective activities in green production and living.
