“…Özellikle fizyolojik immatür olarak sınıflandırdı-ğımız tip 2a hastalarda, tanıyı doğrulamak açısından ultrason ölçümlerin tekrarı gerekmektedir. Çalışma-mızda kullandığımız yardımcı bir ultrason tekniği olan B mod histogram yöntemi her bir pikseldeki ekojenite değerlerini sayısal olarak verebilmekte, görün-tünün ekojenitesi hakkında kalitatif yerine kantitatif bilgiler verebilmektedir 15 .
