Gravitational Lensing in Kerr-Newman Anti de Sitter Spacetime

Abstract: In this paper we study the effects of the cosmological constant and rotation on the deflection angle of null geodesics in the equatorial plane of Kerr-Newman anti de Sitter (KNAdS) spacetime. To this end, we employ the extension of Rindler-Ishak method to compute the gravitational lensing effect. Gravitational lensing phenomena based on diffraction of light have been studied for some stars and black holes, which are assumed to fit the KNAdS geometry. The results obtained are essential and important for studies … Show more

“…The temperature obtained, exactly matches with the literature in different contexts, using, for example, the Bogoliubov transformations. This formalism can also be applied for some other curved spacetime such as Reissner-Nordstrom-de Sitter [51][52][53][54][55], Reissner-Nordstrom-Antide Sitter [56,57], Kerr-de Sitter [58,59], Kerr-Antide Sitter [60,61], Kerr-Newman-de Sitter [62][63][64], and Kerr-Newman-Anti-de Sitter spacetimes [65,66].…”
