Одним зі шляхів розв’язання проблеми дефіциту білка рослинного походження є розширення видо-вого складу та посівних площ зернобобових культур, що характеризуються надзвичайно високою стабільністю зернової продуктивності у разі екстремальних екологічних умов, обумовлених компле-ксним впливом підвищених температур і нестачею продуктивної вологи в кореневмісному шарі ґрун-ту. Стосовно цього досить перспективною культурою є чина посівна. Її рослини мають унікальну здатність вступати в симбіотичні взаємовідносини із бульбочковими бактеріями роду Rhizobium і накопичувати впродовж вегетаційного періоду в надземній і кореневій біомасі молекулярний азот у формі білка та інших азотовмісних органічних сполук. Важливим агротехнологічним прийомом під-вищення рівня біологічної фіксації молекулярного азоту повітря є інтродукція в кореневу зону специ-фічних вірулентних, активних штамів бульбочкових бактерій. Симбіотична взаємодія між рослина-ми і мікроорганізмами-азотфіксаторами визначається комплементарністю генів макро- і мікросим-біонту, видовим складом, вірулентністю і активністю бактерій, повітряним, водним, температур-ним та поживним режимами ґрунту, що обумовлюють умови життєдіяльності обох компонентів симбіотичної системи та проходження продукційного процесу рослин чини посівної. Мета дослі-джень – підвищення продуктивності чини посівної за рахунок оптимізації мінерального живлення рослин у посівах. Під час досліджень виявлено, що проведення допосівної обробки насіння комплексом мікробіологічного препарату Різолайн (3,0 л/т) і біопротектору Різосейв (1,0 л/т) на фоні внесення N20Р40К40 має стимулюючий ефект на формування симбіотичного апарату чини посівної. Підвищен-ня рівня внесення мінерального азоту негативно впливає на бобово-ризобіальний симбіоз, що вира-жається у зменшенні кількості бульбочок та їх маси. Поєднання інокуляції насіння та позакоренево-го підживлення рослин у фазі гілкування мікродобривом Авангард Р Бобові (2,0 л/га) на фонах мінера-льного удобрення сприяє формуванню потужного асиміляційного апарату, збільшенню тривалості і продуктивності його фотосинтетичної роботи, підвищує рівень синтезованої органічної речовини, та у процесі її спрямування до репродуктивних органів, збільшує продуктивність рослин. У агротех-нологічному процесі вирощування чини посівної найбільш ефективним є поєднання допосівної іноку-ляції насіння комплексом мікробіологічного препарату Різолайн (3,0 л/т) і біопротектора Різосейв (1,0 л/т) та позакореневого підживлення рослин мікродобривом Авангард Р Бобові (2,0 л/га) на фоні внесення мінеральних добрив дозою діючої речовини N40Р40К40, що дає змогу підвищити рівень зерно-вої продуктивності посівів до 3,07 т/га.

In the current examination, we assessed the impacts of titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2 NPs) for ameliorating salinity in Grass pea (Lathyrus sativus L.), a useful legumes crop. Experimental salinity was controlled in terms of dSm-1 at levels of 0 (control), 4, 8 and 12 dSm-1 , have been researched in a factorial experiment based on randomized complete block design with three replications. The impacts of four distinctive TiO2 NPs concentrations (0, 20, 40 and 60 mg L-1) were contrasted with deference with plant development and stress reactions. Germination and seedling emergence percentage was fundamentally affected by 12 dSm-1 of NaCl. Presentation to NaCl stress essentially decreased length of grass pea seedling organs (root and shoot) comparatively, the substance of proline expanded for the most part in the roots from moderate saltiness conditions. In any case, foliar of nano-TiO2 conquered pernicious impacts of salt pressure and improved the vast majority of these parameters. The best outcomes were found at 20 mg L-1 nano-TiO2. Generally, utilization of Tio2 was useful in expanding saltiness resistance in Grass pea seedlings and their application may incite a reasonable strategy to ensure plants against sodium harmfulness.

Grass pea is an orphan legume that is grown in many places in the world. It is a high-protein, drought-tolerant legume that is capable of surviving extreme environmental challenges and can be a sole food source during famine. However, grass pea produces the neurotoxin β-N-oxalyl-L-α,β-diaminopropionic acid (β-ODAP), which can cause a neurological disease. This crop is promising as a food source for both animals and humans if β-ODAP levels and other antinutritional factors such as protease inhibitors are lowered or removed. To understand more about these proteins, a proteomic analysis of grass pea was conducted using three different extraction methods to determine which was more efficient at isolating antinutritional factors. Seed proteins extracted with Tris-buffered saline (TBS), 30% ethanol, and 50% isopropanol were identified by mass spectrometry, resulting in the documentation of the most abundant proteins for each extraction method. Mass spectrometry spectral data and BLAST2GO analysis led to the identification of 1376 proteins from all extraction methods. The molecular function of the extracted proteins revealed distinctly different protein functional profiles. The majority of the TBS-extracted proteins were annotated with nutrient reservoir activity, while the isopropanol extraction yielded the highest percentage of endopeptidase proteinase inhibitors. Our results demonstrate that the 50% isopropanol extraction method was the most efficient at isolating antinutritional factors including protease inhibitors.
