“…The peaks at 147 cm -1 (E g ), 197 cm -1 (E g ), 399 cm -1 (B 1g ), 516 cm -1 (A 1g /B 1g unresolved doublet), and 640 cm -1 (E g ) were observed which are assigned to TiO 2 anatase which is in good agreement with the published data [25]. Furthermore, the strongest peak at 147 cm −1 (E g ) was attributed to the external vibration of the anatase structure; therefore, it could be concluded that the prepared sample is an anatase TiO 2 [26,27]. This result was supported by XRD result as sharp and narrow peaks were appeared at 2θ of 25.57 respectively.…”
