Abstract:Graphene is an exciting candidate for the detection of high-frequency electromagnetic radiation. Here, we have studied the bolometric performance of epitaxial graphene quantum dots (Q.D.s) on the silicon carbide (SiC) substrate in the terahertz (THz) range.
