Kantin kampus merupakan fasilitas vital yang menyediakan kebutuhan pangan bagi sivitas akademika. Seiring perkembangan jaman, variasi makanan dan minuman yang dijual semakin beragam. Namun, kehalalan produk yang dijajakan belum terjamin. Umumnya, produk yang dijual di kantin adalah makanan siap santap, makanan ringan dan aneka minuman produk olahan UMKM atau pedagang yang menyewa tempat di kantin dimana UMKM dan penjual tersebut umumnya belum memiliki sertifikasi halal atau ijin edar yang jelas. Pemahaman UMKM penyedia makanan dan minuman mengenai halal pun belum mendalam. Hal ini lah yang mendorong tim pengabdian masyarakat untuk merintis berdirinya kantin halal di kampus Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember dengan memulai dari pemberian pemahaman tentang halal-haram yang benar dan menyeluruh kepada penjual di kantin dan UMKM penyuplai makanan dan minuman yang dijajakan di kantin kampus. Dengan pemberian pelatihan kelas halal dan pendampingan diharapkan mitra UMKM dan penjual dapat mengamalkan pemahaman yang didapatkan dan lebih hati-hati dalam memilih bahan baku dan memroses bahan tersebut hingga menjadi produk Sehingga nantinya berdampak pada meningkatnya rasa aman dan nyaman bagi para pembeli, sivitas akademika ITS, yang mayoritas beragama Islam.

A Graph-based Method for Merging Business Process Models by Considering Semantic Similarity

A process model describes business process flow as the activities that employees must carry out. Nowadays, many companies have similar business processes, so they do not establish their process model from scratch but build the model based on an existing process model or a combination of some process models. Several process mining methods approaches matching rules to define similarities of a model, and others consider the semantic side; however, none use the similarity to merge some business process models. This paper proposed graphbased semantic similarity, a method that merges two process models considering the semantic similarity between those activities. The utilized semantic similarity methods are SBERT and TF-IDF. The evaluations compare SBERT and TF-IDF with other methods and use a similarity method with the highest score in graph-based semantic similarity. Based on the semantic similarity score, graph-based semantic similarity with SBERT has higher similarity scores than existing graph-based semantic similarity, i.e., node similarity and Jaro-Winkler distance. With the highest similarity scores among existing methods, the evaluations also prove that graph-based semantic similarity with SBERT correctly combines business process models based on semantic similarity.

Graph-Based Token Replay for Online Conformance Checking

Conformance checking is able to detect deviations in business process execution. An online detection capability is required to anticipate and respond immediately to possible impacts. The state-of-theart online conformance checking is a prefix-alignment (PA) technique. However, this technique has an important weakness of maintaining all the state data of running processes in memory. In an online environment, the last event of a case is unknown, whereas a PA requires this information to free up memory space for other cases. Consequently, the PA does not meet the requirements of online conformance checking to process infinite data (event stream) without memory constraints. PA also has a conplex state space search computation especially for large and complex reference process model. In this paper, a Graph-Based Online Token Replay (GO-TR) method is proposed. This method takes benefit of Graph Database to adapts the Token-Based Replay (TBR) technique which has simple replay computation. We propose a Replay Image (RI) to store the case administration and developed a cypher based algorithm to simulate token replay on the RI to handle the event stream. Finally, we propose a cypher-based algorithm to identify and replay invisible path. The experiment result show that GO-TR has succeeded in adapting TBR and solved the problem of wrong-place tokens in TBR. GO-TR outperform the replay throughput for relatively low amount of data against state of the art online conformance checking. In terms of memory usage, GO-TR shows its superiority over state of the art because it is safe against memory limitations problems.
