Graph Based Machine Learning Interprets Diagnostic Isomer-Selective Ion-Molecule Reactions in Tandem Mass Spectrometry

Abstract: Diagnostic ion-molecule reactions using tandem mass spectrometry can differentiate between isomeric compounds unlike a popular collision-activated dissociation methodology for the identification of previously unknown mixtures.
