Abstract:Granulomatous inflammation is seen in a wide range of skin conditions including infections, neoplasms and inflammatory disorders. This chapter addresses three important idiopathic granulomatous disorders of the skin. The first two, granuloma annulare and necrobiosis lipoidica, are relatively common.
