Granulomatosis with polyangiitis and neurofibromatosis type 1: a fortuitous association? A case report

Abstract: Neurofibromatosis type 1 is a common neurocutaneous syndrome, caused by an alteration of the NF-1 gene, which is a tumor suppressor.
