“Grace Space of Understanding”: The Third Space in Principal Leadership During the Covid Pandemic

Abstract: COVID-19 resulted in political backlash, public dissatisfaction, and the need for principals to create spaces to foster communication, implement change, monitor dissatisfaction, and foster wellness.
