Abstract:This paper presents a localization system for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), specifically designed for small UAVs to be used in a GPS-denied local area by using estimation algorithms incorporating camera and Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) sensor fusion.
